Financial Inventory

A financial inventory is the most basic type of inventory we do. It basically involves price x quantity over and over again until a section is counted. This will give you a total dollar value for each section and category but does not tell you exactly how many of what specific product.

Priced SKU Inventory

A Priced SKU inventory is the most exact and auditable inventory you can get. In a priced sku inventory we scan the barcodes on every product as well as enter the price and quantity. This gives you a full list of exactly how much you have of each specific product. The reports for this type of inventory show you the sku number as well as a description of the product, the price, and quantity.

Price File Inventory

A price file inventory is another type of scan inventory and very much like priced SKU inventory except that it is more often used in pharmacies where a majority of the products do not have the cost marked on them. In the case of a price file inventory, we obtain a current price file from you or your wholesaler and import it into our software so that when we run the reports it automatically inputs your price into the report.

Buy/Sell Inventory

A buy/sell inventory is also known as a change of ownership inventory. It is an inventory done for the simple reason of getting a figure for the sale of a business. We perform the inventory for the buyer, seller, or both.
